	Student As Teacher We believe the best way to ground learning is to teach it. And, that’s why we innovated the student/teacher program. Its based on the idea that we are all students and all teachers. Once an individual has prerequisite course work he or she is eligible to teach a class. We fundamentally believe that teaching course work is as valuable an experience as learning it from a teacher. This why we encourage core learning teams to function in both capacities. RDIT workshops and seminars follow similar educational practices and are often lead by a facilitator/instructor.
