Our Philosophy

RDIT is a part of the Rational Data Industry model and was founded in 2009 to empower individuals to participate in a practice of lifelong learning.

Our belief is that lifelong learning consists of many components for the individual beginning with a sense of being impelled to learn and take part in a quest for knowledge and discovery.  This "quest" is centered around a personal desire to learn for knowledge's sake and the things that knowledge can bring. Our focus is on the process of learning and the excitement and joy it brings. We are not about hoop jumping or credentialism. People that just want a piece of paper at the end of the day need not apply, our focus is on developing solid skill sets coupled with transformational process oriented problem solving and innovation.

It's our hope to empower individuals with tools and instruments for self-facilitation of the learning process which extends far beyond direct involvement with RDIT.

Our hope is that individuals will find that they are impelled by the excitement and joy of learning and are actively interested in cultivating meta level skills that become the “ how of learning”.  It is also our vision to empower individuals with knowledge, wisdom  and understanding that helps them address some of the world’s most pressing problems.

Every RDIT curriculum is specifically designed to deliver skill sets, tools and instruments to contribute to solving problems, appreciating beauty, attitudes of thankfulness, and thanksgiving as well as ideals of building Peace and Plenitude in the world.
